World's Best Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Blueberry Topping: – 2 cups fresh blueberries – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1 tablespoon cornstarch – 1/4 cup water – 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Preheat the Oven:Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or cooking spray.

2. Prepare the Crust:In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to create an even crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
