Paul Walker's final words were 'strange' and 'haunting' given tragic way he died

Before his fatal car crash death, Fast and Furious star Paul Walker said some terrifying things. He was riding in his friend Roger Radas' red Porsche Carrera GT on November 30, 2013.

Radas lost control of the automobile at 100mph, forcing it to hit a tree and catch fire. Both pals died instantaneously in the accident on their way to Paul's charity function.

Jim Thorp, one of Paul's close friends, tried to rescue him from the burning automobile, but sheriffs forced him away due to the '20 feet flames' Thorp told reporters Paul's last comments at the crash site.

As he hadn't driven in it, Paul suggested they try it. Jim remembered Roger having difficulties parking the Porsche. "Roger backed [the car] into the garage and Paul jumped in and said, 'Hey, let's go for a drive,'" Thorp recounted.

Jim said, pointing to the crashed supercar, "So they went for a little drive and this is what happened." Jim remembered his friend Paul: "He lived his life and died fast and furious".

It's odd. He made films. Lived and died fast and fiercely today. Loved speed and vehicles, he died this way. "He died in a fast car with his friend," Thorp told NYDN.

Paul died while filming Furious 7. Rewrites and standing-ins for Paul, Cody, and Caleb completed the film. Paul died behind his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.

Meadow posted a rare video of her dad on Instagram on her 21st birthday in May. Meadow came into her dad's bedroom on his birthday in the video. Paul laughed, "You scared the hell out of me!"

I never thought I'd share this," Meadow stated after posting the video. Still, it felt right. Do well. I adore you. Stay safe. Xx" Paul worked with Gal Gadot on Fast and Furious, who responded with a heart emoji.
