Lemon Cake Pie

Ingredients: For the crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/4 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup sugar

For the lemon cake layer: – 1 box lemon cake mix – Ingredients required for the cake mix (eggs, oil, water)

For the lemon pie layer: – 1 can sweetened condensed milk – 1/2 cup lemon juice – Zest of 1 lemon

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar for the crust. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.

1. Prepare the lemon cake mix according to the instructions on the box. 2. Pour the lemon cake batter over the graham cracker crust in the pie dish.

1. In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. 2. Carefully pour the lemon pie mixture over the lemon cake batter.

1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake layer comes out clean. 2. Allow the Lemon Cake Pie to cool before slicing and serving.
